Our Goal Is Simple -

Make independent living more affordable, make everyday life easier, and give people a place to belong, contribute, and live with purpose.

The Promised Land Community is an affordable independent-living community for adults 55+ and veterans, located on 5+ acres in Tyler, Tx with four styles of living designed to give residents choice, independence, and connection.

Residents enjoy three meals a day Monday through Friday, housekeeping, laundry, activities, shared spaces, and a true sense of community, all brought together in one simple monthly price.

At the heart of our community is EcoLearn Foundation, a nonprofit focused on hands-on environmental education, gardens, a stocked fishing pond, beekeeping, composting, wildlife, ecosystems, workshops, and intergenerational learning. Residents are encouraged not only to participate, but to share their own skills, knowledge, hobbies, and life experience with younger generations and the greater community.

The Promised Land Community Fellowship, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, supports the programs, education, partnerships, and shared experiences that help make this more than simply a place to live.

Phase One is now open, and housing is available.

Through partnerships, donations, grants and volunteers, we work to keep life affordable, make everyday responsibilities lighter, and create a community where people have both freedom and

purpose.

The Heart of the Community

Our Community Center is a gathering place for meals, activities, fellowship, Bible studies,

workshops and events, with outdoor gathering space for barbecues, cookouts and time together.

Through our partnership with EcoLearn Foundation, a nonprofit environmental education

organization, residents will also have opportunities to enjoy our stocked pond, greenhouse, community garden, beehives and other environmental projects.

We'll be growing our own vegetables and producing honey right here at Promised Land, while creating opportunities for residents to learn, participate and help mentor younger generations through hands-on workshops.

Independent Living With Options

Promised Land is independent living, not assisted living.

If additional help is wanted or needed, residents and families may independently arrange for outside home health, personal care or other third-party providers.

Become Part of the Beginning

Housing is available now, and additional RV and tiny-home sites will be released as they

become available.
