Independent Private Living is for adults 55+ and veterans who want the privacy of their own home while enjoying a simpler lifestyle with fewer everyday responsibilities and a community just outside their door.
Come and go as you please. Spend time with friends, join an activity, welcome family and friends, travel, or simply close your front door and enjoy your own space.

Supportive Shared Living is for someone who may be independent in many parts of life but would feel better not living alone.
Residents have a private bedroom in one of our beautifully remodeled and decorated shared homes, with the comfort of having other people nearby and being part of the larger community.
If a resident needs additional personal assistance, we'll help you and your family connect with qualified outside providers who can provide that extra support. Those services are provided separately, allowing residents to receive additional help while maintaining as much independence as possible.
